Feasibility Studies:

We work with clients to obtain a thorough understanding of the opportunity and their objectives for the feasibility study. Whiskeyjack Group works closely with the client to discuss a wide range of aspects regarding the opportunity or business that is being assessed. We also preform extensive industry and market research and financial analyses to guide our recommendations. 

 

We will develop an excellent report that that provides high quality recommendations based on thorough research and analysis of the client’s vision for the project. During the process, a report will be created that addresses the following regarding the opportunity:

 

• Should the intended business model be pursued? 

• How does it fit with the client’s situation and objectives?

• Is the opportunity in a good industry to invest in?

• What is the target market and is there room for entry?

• What is the required capital investment?

• What is the likelihood of receiving capital funding and financing?

• What is the likelihood of profitability and achieving the desired return?

• What is the impact of major options with respect to the business model?

• Are there operational or regulatory issues that need to be addressed?

 

We also work with clients identify other activities or assessments that should be undertaken during the feasibility study stage and provide services to seek funding for feasibility studies and other assessments.
